Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to 12G Flight Systems Sweden AB (“12G”) us for under conditions described below. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Eligibility for Return

Electronic version of Software purchased from 12G – Any software purchased online, either directly from 12G or via any reseller and is ineligible for return, including cases when software has been purchased for wrong platform or if user is unable to operate the software for any reason.

Hardware products – All HW items purchased from 12G online may be returned to 12G under following conditions:

- User raises return request to 12G within 14 days from the date of purchase

- HW product is returned undamaged with all tags and labels attached

- HW product is returned in original packaging with all items originally shipped to the user

- Product doesn’t contain / include licensed software

If the HW product contains licensed software, the product is not eligible for return.

Returns without valid invoice and proof of payment will not be accepted.

If the product is found not suitable for particular user application or does not perform according to the user’s expectations (e.g. user’s expectations which are not aligned with product specification) it is not deemed defective; and is considered as ineligible for return for this reason.

Damaged Products

If the product is delivered to the user in the damaged package, user shall refuse to accept such package and notify carrier and 12G. All damages should be noted on the carrier delivery record.

If the product itself is damaged (discovered by the user after opening the parcel from 12G), user shall notify 12G as soon as possible but no later than 3 calendar days after receiving damaged product. Timely notification of the damaged product is necessary to file damage claim request with the carrier.

Order Discrepancies

User shall notify 12G of any order discrepancy as soon as possible but no later than 3 calendar days from the receipt of shipment.


If the return request from customer is accepted by 12G, 12G refunds full price of the product less packaging, handling and shipping fees and sales tax. It may take up 10 working days to refund the price of the original product. 12G is not responsible for delays in refund caused by the organizations realizing the transfer of the refunded price.

All returned products will be tested for defects and if no defects are found, the product will be returned to you without a refund.

How to Return

To raise a return request for eligible products please contact 12G via e-mail: We may contact you for further clarification of the return case. Once 12G accepts the return, user will be notified of the decision and 12G will send further details of the return process to the user (including return address).

If the return case is accepted by 12G:

- customer must ship the product back to 12G within 5 days of the date when 12G accepts return

- product must be returned in the original undamaged packaging in as-new conditions along with any media, documentation, all blank warranty cards and all other items originally shipped to user

- user must include proof of purchase to the returned product

- product must be returned via parcel service with tracking number
